The Cornwall, approached us to design the brand identity and literature for their latest property development.
We were firstly asked to name the project and as the hotel itself had a pretty straight forward no-nonsense name we came up with 24-36 The Cornwall, phase two of an ambitious vision for this 43 acre site of ancient woodlands. Built 1819, The Cornwall is a luxury four star hotel and 24-36 The Cornwall are 12 stunning oak framed holiday homes set in the hotels amazing grounds.
We then created a brand the identity, Introduction Pack, brochure and 12 inserts, also well as art-directing and photography for a set of beautiful concept driven images.
